Since we are a small company, our goal is to provide our clients with excellent customer service, and reliable delivery at reasonable rates. We’ve shaped and revised our online order system and trained helpful staff to facilitate the submission and retrieval process of all manner of business entity filings with the State of California.
About SOS Filings History
SOS Filings Incorporated was originally Sierra Express (est. 1984), but in 2012 we decided we could provide more specialized service as a separate company while still doing business with the CA Secretary of State. While we no longer offer CA Secretary of State filing services, we do offer Revivor services with the CA Franchise Tax Board through FTB Revivors, a dedicated division of SOS Filings Incorporated.
