    Any business entity filings requests submitted to us on Monday, or the preceding weekend, will be prepared and delivered when normal business hours resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20th.

  • Annual Form Updates

    The Secretary of State periodically revises their business entity forms. Whenever a revised form is published, the State automatically rejects any filings submitted on outdated versions. We encourage all clients to obtain there form directly from the Secretary of State's website.

  • LLC Name Reservations are back!

    Effective January 2nd 2015, the Secretary of State will resume accepting name reservations over the phone for Limited Liability Companies. Our direct account with the State's Name Availability Dept. allows us to check a name's validity and reserve it in as little as five minutes.
